Bob's plumbing is truly a professional organization. Outside of the speed of response to a call, Bob's knowledge of all your needs are first class. Additionally, Bob handles each service call with care and makes sure that you know exactly what is being done before any charges are assessed. My personal experience also included a lesson on teaching so I could personally handle potential issues on my own. In this day and age of service, this is unprecedented and truly appreciated.

Have called Bob for numerous plumbing jobs and each time he has been a complete pleasure to deal with. Bob is very knowledgeable, does excellent work and is extremely reliable. First time using Bob's Plumbing & Heating and have to say I lucked out coming across his listing on Google. Had Bob replace old steam radiator piping with all new copper pipes and he did a terrific job. Very fair pricing for the amount of work he did and the quality was top notch. If any other plumbing/heating problems transpire in this old house of mine I will be sure to use Bob again!

Bob was awesome. He came out only a couple hours after i called in the morning. At first he thought he would have to cut tile to fix the issue, but was completely determined to get the broken valve cartridge out. After a long battle, he got it out and saved me from having to replace tile. I could not be more grateful for what he did. I would recommend Bob to anyone and will be using him again in the future for any plumbing issues I cannot fix.

Bob has been doing jobs for us for over 15 years now. Every time he was professional, friendly, & knowledgeable. His work is excellent & his prices are reasonable. He always explains exactly what needs to be done before he does it. He even found my lost diamond in the sink trap!

The faucet at the house we bought was an absolute mess. Was not a routine job at all. Bob came in and found a creative way to fix it. He charges fair prices and gives great tips for maintenance and care.

Recently had Master Plumber Robert A. Negron aka "Bob" over to connect some pipes for a bathroom remodel job that is getting close to being completed. He did an excellent job and we are thoroughly satisfied with the work. He was very polite and courteous as well as knowledgeable and well prepared. He explained everything that he was going to do, took appropriate safety measures to ensure we don't encounter problems down the line, made good use of his resources, and completed the work in a timely manner. Since we started remodeling we've had help from family, friends and friends of friends to which we are all grateful, but there also comes a time when you need the services of an expert professional who specializes in this kind of work. There's no substituting for 40+ years of experience. There's still more work for us to do in other areas of our home and when we decide to proceed, we're going to give Bob a call. I'm done shopping around. Found the right man for the job. Thanks again Bob.

I have had Bob's Plumbing & Heating to my house for repairs for more than 20 years. He always does a great job, explains what needs to be done in detail and then does it right every time. I never had anything but excellent results and highly recommend him.

We were nervous about having to call a plumber for the first time since buying our house. We called Bob and he was able to talk to us about what the problem could be and gave a quote over the phone. He came out the same day which was great. Fixed the problem we called for, found and fixed a leak we had no idea existed until it was pointed out and warned us about a potential issue that may unfortunately come up due to our old plumbing. We will be calling Bob for any future plumbing issues and highly recommend giving him a call!

I called Bob based upon reviews posted here. Bob was courteous and knowledgeable on the phone. We set up an appointment and he called ( as promised) if he was was able to come to the house sooner. (Respects customer ‘s time) He worked efficiently and definitely knew his craft. He shut off the main gas line to the house , then he installed two gas shut-off valves for the two stoves in the house. He double and triple checked all hookups. Then he checked that all stoves, ovens, hot water heater, furnace, and clothes dryer worked after he turned on the gas. He cleaned up afterwards and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Bob!!

We are very happy to have found Bob. He is extremely knowledgeable, conscientious, and patient. He always takes the time to explain things to us and goes that extra effort to make sure things are done right. Not only is he incredibly experienced, but he's also fair.

Bob's Plumbing is the best. My dad's house has had nothing done to it in 50 years. One of the pipes in the wall sprang a leak. I called Bob's. Bob himself, answered the phone, set up an appointment and called to verify the night before. He is prompt, reasonable, and a joy to work with. He will now be my go to guy. Top notch service, he came as fast as possible which was FAST, explained everything to me. Down to earth, didn't try to take advantage of us with pricing and working. Cleaned what ever he touched. Very knowledgable with what he does, you cannot put a price on experience and good service, he charged me one price and I made sure to pay a little more because he deserved it! Bob has been my plumber for years would not even think of calling anyone else. His work is always spot on and done the right way the first time he is meticulous, knowledgeable, and always thoroughly explains what needs to be done there are never any surprises or extra costs.
