For over 15 years, I have called Bob for both my plumbing and heating needs. Bob has replaced faucets, toilets parts, valves, sump pumps,water heaters, etc, everything replaced or fixed to my satisfaction. He has always been extremely professional, timely and has completed every job with the utmost dedication. In times of emergencies, he has provided speedy prompt service. I have felt very confident with his work. Bob takes the time to explain what he has to do, so that you feel that he is doing his very best, as if it was what he would do in his own home. It is definitely difficult to find someone as responsible dependable and hard working today, and Bob fits the bill. I highly recommend him.

Bob has been my plumber for over 15 years. He is knowledgable, courteous, prompt, extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. He explains everything he is doing, states the pros and cons of a particular expense, and is very thorough. Whenever I’ve called him he does his best to come out right away if it’s an emergency. If it is not an emergency he comes out within a day. He is also very neat and careful of wiping his shoes, and cleans up after a job. I recommend him without reservations. I can only think of positive things to say about Bob.
