Bob was a pleasure to work with. We needed him in a hurry, and he came over the same day to take care of us. His work was clean and efficient, and he gave us a fair price. He also happens to be a Master Plumber. I would recommend him most highly.

The first time I had a plumbing issue at my house, it was major to my knowledge had old drain pipe in basement leaking when using kitchen, bathroom sinks also bathtub they were all tied together so I started to search the web reading customers comments, while reading Bob’s web site comments all were highly rated. I called Bob explained the situation he came within 2 hrs. and he explained what needs to be replaced. Gave me an estimate it sounded fair to me with all the work required also had the bathtub valve stems re-placed.

The following day he showed up at 9am as promised and spent all day. After completion he cleaned up and what I notice he takes pride in his work explains questions which I may have, so I would not hesitate to recommend him and will definitely be using his services in the future. After reading excellent reviews for Bob pretty much everywhere, I called him to discuss having a new toilet installed and from the get-go, he was amazing to work with. Professional and very knowledgeable, he also listened to my concerns and didn't try to push me into something I didn't want. Today he installed the toilet and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a contractor. He was great at explaining everything, as well as offering advice on other issues within my home. He was neat, thorough and obviously takes pride in his work, which, in this day and age, is a refreshing change. Bob did a great job with my issue/problem. Had a problem with our furnace, Bob come in diagnose the problem, would not stop until he find out where the problem was coming from and completed the work. This was my first time we used Bob, we're not going to call anyone else. He professional, thoughtful and cares about the job and his clients. We needed our garden hose faucet replaced and a shut off valve installed inside the laundry room. Bob's work was thorough and neat. He also was very professional when we were asking questions. Most recently he replaced a sump pump for me, and while working, found another issue that was a safety concern that he was able to resolve for me the same day. Bob came out and investigated my issue in which he explained what could cause this issue and way to remedy it. I had Bob replace an old toilet in an old house that I recently purchased. He asked clarifying questions over the phone and, after inspection, even attempted to discourage me from hiring him to replace what he determined to be a perfectly functioning toilet. However, I wanted a different bowl shape and height and Bob installed exactly what I asked for. It might seem like overkill to ask a plumber of his skill and experience to handle such a mundane job but there are always unknowns with older houses and I needed to be sure I had someone able to resolve any complications. Bob did not disappoint and I'm extremely satisfied. Fortunately my house is in his local service area so I can depend on him for any future needs.

Bob was terrific. He came within an hour of our conversation. He was knowledgeable, courteous and resolved our plumbing issue in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend him!

I've had Bob come to my house twice so far. Once to fix my furnace and again to install a water pressure regulator. Both times he was extremely professional and courteous. He is really great at answering questions and also provided suggestions on other potential issues I might have or come across and what would need to be done to get it fixed. If I need a plumber again I will definitely call Bob.

Bob installed a gas valve for a new stove and a waterline for a new refrigerator in addition to a new kitchen faucet.

He also very generously facilitated the installation of the new appliances while they were being delivered and ensured that everything was properly hooked up.

I found Bob's Plumbing and Heating on google search. Bob scheduled an appointment and confirmed the time of his arrival the day of service. Bob spent a great deal of time checking pipes and troubleshooting. After the work was completed, he followed up a few days later to see how everything was.
