Bob supplied and installed several items in my home. He worked constantly and efficiently until the job was completely done. (7 hours). He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions no matter how insignificant they may have been. We’ve used Bob for years and he’s great. His workmanship, soldering, pipe spacings, etc. are always flawless. He uses top quality parts such as extra thick copper pipes and heavy duty drains. He’s up to date on new equipment but also knows the old stuff in older houses like ours inside-out. He tolerates endless questions, explains everything, and offers suggestions for things like valve positioning. Personally, he’s very pleasant, super considerate, and cleans up. Calls when he’s about to arrive gives detailed price explanations and never sneaks in extra charges after he arrives or anything like that. Bob is top quality all the way.
